Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for returning a watch:
To be eligible for return, your watch must be unused and in the condition you received it , with the original packaging intact.
Non-returnable items:
Watches showing obvious signs of use or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return.
Partial return exceptions:
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted, such as:
- Watches damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to our error.
- Watches returned after 30 days of delivery.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account . Then contact your credit card issuer , it may take some time for the refund to appear. If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact us at bekoshop .france @gmail .com .
Exchanges:
We only exchange defective or damaged watches. If you need to replace your watch with the same model, please contact us at bekoshop.france@gmail.com and send the watch to the following address:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you are returning a watch worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
